Fringe - 5th season: What the future holds

Hello there! Yesterday I posted about the 4th season and talked about a little bit of almost all episodes, but I didn't say anything about the episode 19, Letters of Transit.
Letters of Transit jumps to future, in 2036, where ~ the Observers bosses in the world ~. In this episode, there is a Fringe Division that is like a police that takes crimes from natives (the humans), we are introduce to Etta and Simon. Etta discovers that the first Fringe Division is ambered (looks loke that she is the only one who believes in that and looking for this a long time... people, in general, believes that they are dead). An informant gets Walter, but he dies before tells to Etta where the other are. So, Etta and Simon remove Walter form the amber hoping that he says where he was ambered. But his brain fails, because he was almost 20 years ambered! Nina remembers there are parts of his brain in Massive Dynamic (the same ones that in another timeline, where Peter wasn't erased, was implanted in people that became crazy and after some years, Jerome, the shapeshifter, takes and implants in Walter to made him remembering about how he crossed to RedVerse)... so Walter, Etta and Simon goes to MD, implants the parts of brain and goes to the place where the rest of our dear fringe division is. Peter, Astrid and Bell are ambered. Astrid is retired, but the airgun (it pushs the person ambered out, before amber harden) brokes and to retire Peter, Simon is ambered. Etta is Peter and Olivia's daughter and she carrys in her neck a bullet, that I think is the bullet that Walter shots Olivia in the 4th final season!
This is a brief summary from this episode and I do that because this is the basis for the 5th and final season from this wonderful and amazing and awesome show!
I was thinking about why Peter is so important as the Observers always says. If September wasn't disturb Walternate, he has save Peter and the universes doesn't colapse, isn't it? This is a doubt of mine... but I think that maybe not... Bell and Walter made experiments after that to try to cross to RedVerse (with a car, for example), but it would happen if Peter was saved by Walternate? And more, September says to Peter that he had a baby with the wrong Olivia, but why she was the wrong Olivia? Because if September wasn't disturb Walternate, Peter never would leave the RedVerse and the only Olivia that he would know, it will be her, AltLivia...
I don't understand this... so I think about it, the Letters of Transit, the basis of 5th season and about September. This Observer always makes things that he shouldn't do, he always intrudes and never obeys the others Observers... Why? I don't know, maybe he had feelings while the other not, or he doesn't believe that the Observers is right and he makes everything (since when he disturbs Walternate) to finish with the Observers' power. Maybe he saw this future in 2036 and saw that the unique way to win would be with Etta, and because of this he mades everything... could be something like that? I think that makes some sense when you remember all the things that September do through the seasons and why Peter is so important and why the right Olivia is Olivia and no AltLivia. But some things shouldn't make sense, too, I know, but now I can't think in no one... so this is my first theory from the 5th season.
Moreover, I hope with all my forces that the Inner Child kid (from 1st season) appears in the final. He clearly have connections with September! (maybe the kid is September! who knows... lol). Walter with his brain is evil... in Letters of Transit we can see this already, I hope Peter can change this. And I hope Olivia appears... I would hate if she is dead (but she isn't... I remember have read it in some place, before I begin to escape of spoilers, haha).

This is all what I remember for now. But I'll update this post with more theorys and anything that appears in my mind before the season premiere.
Cheers.

Re-watching Fringe - 4th Season

I've just finished to re-watch the 4th season and now it's time to talk about it with a bunch of spoilers!
It's very different watch the season in sequence, maybe because my memory is not very good, but in this way I can get the details and the conections between the episodes and the seasons, much better.
Well, this season is not the best season from Fringe, but, of course, it's pretty good as well. It starts with no Peter, because he was erased in the season finale from 3rd season, but some fragments from him is still appearing to Walter and Olivia, so September is designate to finish his task and erase him for all. But September doesn't do it, he doesn't erase Peter at all...
Robert David Jones is alive in this season (because Peter doesn't exists to kill him) and he wants to destroy both universes to create another... but he only works to Bell. Jones (more specifically, Shapeshifter!Nina) gives cortexiphan to Olivia and then activates her to Bell uses her as a powerful and massive kind of energy to colapse both universes. In this way he, Bell, would start a new universe where he would control everything (include the life... would be his modificate animals that appears in some episodes - in this season and the first ones).  And this is the main story developed in this season.

I realize in the 3rd season that, mostly, in the first episodes, the cases of the week have a conection with the main story of the season. Here in the 4th season this is happens in the whole season.
In the second episode, A night of october, we see a man who in BlueVerse was a teacher and in the RedVerse was a serial killer and the explanation about this difference is a woman who took care and teached good things to him over here and he didn't know her over there... I connected this with the relationship between Olivia and her stepfather, because in the timeline that she knows Peter when they were kids, in the field of white tulips (episode Subject13), she shots in her stepfather who goes away after that (but remains sending letters in her birthday) and in timeline from 4th season (the timeline where Peter was erased) she killed him. Moreover, I've seen some connection with Lincoln's backstory too, because in the episode Everything in its right place, Lincoln doesn't see where his life and AltLincoln's life have diverge... but one thing that we know is that AltLincoln knew AltLivia a long time, but Lincoln have just known Olivia. All of this stuff lead me to the differences of one person can make to a life to all people around her... like all the diferences that Peter made in Olivia and Walter's lives. Olivia says when she remembers of Peter that that's a better version of herself, and Walter also changes after his relationship with Peter.
The beautiful episode Alone in the world, when Walter shows his concerns about a kid and, to me, makes a connection with the Peter's condition (in this point, he's only a voice and a image in Walter's mind and a dream for Olivia) and Olivia and her relationship with people... she thought don't have feelings anymore. So, Walter is afraid that he is losing his mind because he sees a man that doesn't exists... and he tries to do a lobotomy in himself, Olivia stops him and she says that her is dreaming with the same man. One day Olivia wakes with a kind of energy on her... to solve this, she and Walter find a cortexikid, the Subject 9 and when he'd destroy the form of energy, Olivia sees the man and stops subject to do it. This make Peter appears in Reiden Lake, but nobody remembers him... he needs to Walter's help to find out a way to fix this, but he doesn't wanna help Peter.
The episode And those we've left behind also connects with the story from this season, because the case is about a man who tries to secure in a time where his wife is not sick (she has Alzheimer and does not remember him), I think it doesn't need explanation, am I right? Nobody remembers Peter!
Wallflower, a invisible man who wants to be seen: I connect this one with Lincoln... he is almost invisible, he doesn't know his place in the world (maybe, cause his place was in the other universe, haha), and it gets worst when the memorys about Peter appears in Olivia's mind
So, Peter asks for help from Walternate, but he can't and AltElizabeth goes to Walter to ask for him help Peter... these scenes between them was beautiful.
September appears to Olivia and says that in all possible futures she had to die, and so the next case of the week is about a girl that see things that going to happen... this is the most beautiful episode form the 4th season in my opinion, Forced Perspective... it remains in my mind since the first time I saw, and when I re-watched it brought tears in my eyes.
Olivia begins to remember Peter in the episode Welcome to Westfield, but Peter and Walter believes that Peter is making this with her in some way connect with the cortexiphan in her system... but she remembers things that he doesn't know, so the first thought is not possible to be true. So Peter says that when he looks in her eyes, he knows that she is his Olivia (this is the episode A better human being), but in the next episode The End of all things), Olivia is kidnapping by Jones to activate her ability and Peter says this is wrong and he needs to go home... he says this because September says to him that he have to go home what he really have, because this was the way to reach Olivia, but he thinks that the Observer was saying about his our universe too! OMG! I felt so much anger from Peter in the first time that I saw this, September NEVER said it!
But is ok, A short story about love comes to save the day, haha. Here Walter find out a address in Peter's eye... it was from September's apartment, September can appears again (with Peter's help) and tells that Peter always was where he belongs and Olivia was his Olivia (the final of this episode is so cuuuutie!). And moreover, here are connection between the case and Lincoln's feelings... it's a kind of sad, but Lincoln finds his place in RedVerse with AltLivia (but it's sad in some way, too, because AltLincoln have to die...)
So, when begin quakes that Jones was making to colapse the universes the bridge between the Red and the BlueVerse is closed, what is sad because I think we've never seen Lincoln and AltLivia again... and this is not work, because Bell uses Olivia as power to do it, as I already said in the begining of this post.
When Walter shots Olivia I couldn't think, I simply paralyze and the sequence of scenes between DeadOlivia, Peter and Walter was so, so sad... but when everything is alright it's beautiful!
Some fantastic things in topics:
- the scenes between Astrid and AltAstrid;
- when AltLincoln says that Lincoln was a good agent;
- the scene between Walter and Walternate;
- the scenes between Olivia and AltLivia in the lab (when AltLivia says about the rainbow) and before the bridge be closed;
these shows me how wonderful this cast and this characters are.

So, to conclude, Bell runs away after Walter shots Olivia, Olivia is pregnant and there's the episode Letters of Transit where Etta, the baby who Olivia carries, appears... and this episode is the basis to 5th season, so I'll comment about it in the next post.

Cheers.

Rewatching Fringe - 3rd Season

I just finished to rewatch the 3rd season yesterday... this season is very cool, but I don't like its so much, because 1. Peter doesn't realize that AltLivia isn't Olivia, 2.AltLivia has a baby boy from Peter! This is desgusting! Olivia should be the one who would carry the first kid from Peter! (I know what happens in the 4th season, but whatever, this was my feelings when I watch the 3rd season for the first time and I felt this again!), 3. I hate Walternate and the fact that he captures Olivia and tries to make her forget her life and put another in her mind...
But, I like a bunch of things, too. I love the strength of Olivia to recognize that she's not from the RedVerse, I love the taxi driver Henry and I'd love so much if (ATTENTION! Here there's spoilers form 4th season!) AltLivia had a girl, Etta, and Olivia had a boy who she'll call Henry, cause he's the one who help her to come back to her universe and save her life! I loved to see Charlie again (I miss him so much *cry*), or better to say, AltCharlie, and her friendship with AltLivia... the friendship between this two is beyond universes! And, of course, AltLincoln... beautiful his worry with AltLivia and when he says I love you to her, when the baby is borning. And there's a lot of good episodes with good stuff in this season (beyond what I've already said). The episode Entrada, AltBroyles shows himself a good guy, as Broyles is... i love these guys, they're so incorrupt, so correct., no matter who is the person who bosses them makes something wrong, they always make the right thing, even they will screw themselves... as happens with AltBroyles... so sad. I loved the episode The Firefly, because its concept is amazing! the interference made for September changes everything, not only the life of Peter and the people around him, but every single life! And this is awesome, think about every single life is precious and can change everything in the world! Moreover, Christopher Lloyd participates in this episode! And I'd love if he's Emmett Brown, the Doc from Back To The Future (my favorite movie, EVER!) and he appears to help Walter in some case... in fact, he was a member of the Walter's favorite band and the guy was a idol from Walter... so this is good enough to me, haha. The 6B episode is beautiful and Olivia and Peter stay together.. own! The Subject 13 episode is really great... Olivia across to the RedVerse for the first time, runaway form her home and Peter finds her in a field full of white tulips! OMG! Why they (Peter and Olivia) don't remember this? Why? This is so beautiful, them love could start in that moment and they don't remember! One of the funniest episode is the LSD... so, so, soooooo funny the junkie-Broyles! LOL! And the same time, this episode is amazing, cause we enter in Olivia's mind, Peter saves her, after this she is strong enough to save herself, cause she's not afraid anymore, and we see the guy who maybe would kill her.
The last three episodes are amazing, cause they are a sequence from the main story from the third season: the machine that can destroy the universes and its connection with Peter. So great the story about the First People (or Walter, haha), and the help from Sam Weiss... the machine is on in the 6:02AM EST episode, cause Walternate turns on his machine (from Redverse) with the DNA from baby Henry. Peter tries to turn off the machine form BlueVerse, but he can't, Olivia is the only one who can turn off the machine. So when she does, Peter enters in its and he sees all the sad things that he and the machines made when them destroy the RedVerse, this day was The Day We Died (we all from the BlueVerse), cause Walternate wanna destroy the BlueVerse as Peter destroys the RedVerse, and the world is destructed... including Olivia's death (oh, Walternate, how much I hate you!). Then, he sees all the stuff and he tries to save both Universes... but what he didn't know was he would disappear and NOBODY REMEMBERS HIM! as the Observers say in the final of final season.
Just like a note: Bell "dies" in the episode when Walter, Peter and AltLivia came back from the RedVerse... but he mades Olivia drinks the ~soul magnets~ that made him come back to the deads in her body... so funny the episode when Anna Torv interprets Belly, OMG! What a great actress she is! And he "dies" again in the LSD episode, when his mind, or his soul, doesn't returns to a body... but of, course, so many things are coming in the 4th season... I already know what, but I wanna to see this again soon! It will be the first time that I will watch the 4th season in sequence... this is so much better to me, because my memory is not so good, haha, and moreover, you can get better the details and the links between the episodes.
I think I'll write a post about the 4th season and one about my expectations about the 5th and final season, in separate... just to have more things to write about Fringe, haha. How much I love this show! <33

Cheers.

Rewatching Fringe - 2nd Season

Oh God! My memory is such a crap!
I've just finished to rewatch the 2nd Season and I realized that I didn't remember many important things!

There are spoilers everywhere!

In the first episode, Olivia suffers an accident that happens because Willian Bell take her to the other Universe to warn her about the things that would happen in the future... in the ~ travel ~ to our side, she suffers the accident. Besides the case of the week is about the shapeshifters that are guys half human, half machine and from the other universe.
In this season, the cortexikids appears more often... they are some cases of the week and in the end of the season, some of them help Olivia and Walter to cross to the other side.
Charlie dies in the season, and this was so sad, cause I loved the friendship between Olivia and him... and the way that he dies... a shapeshifter kills him and assumes his place as Olivia partner, making she entrusts him, and because of this she tells him where is the head that the shapeshifter was looking for, then he tries kill her, but she is more smart and kill him... it's really sad the next episodes when she is very, very sad and guilty about his death... the episode that she take cards and forms the sentence 'YOURE GONNA BE FINE' brought tears in my eyes.
So, the head that shapeshifters looking for... it was a ~ shapeshifter leader ~, Jerome Newton, that recovers parts of Walter's brain (that was implant into other guys' brains). Newton kidnaps Walter to connect the parts in his brain and makes him recovers his memorys about how to travel to the other side. He almost dies in this episode.
That season also shows the story about Peter, how and why Walter kidnaped Peter from the other side to save his life. When Peter discovers that (he discovers before Walter tells him! I didn't remember that...), he runaway. The Walternate, who was over here reachs him and takes Peter to the other side (Peter goes because he wants to)... Walternate tells him a story where over there was destroyed because Walter when kidnaped Peter and to do this open a wormhole over there... he says also that Peter is the only one can save both universes! And this is so lie! An Observer shows to Olivia a document when Peter is in a machine with fire leaving his eyes... she shows it to Walter that remembers everything, this machine that only could activated by Peter would be the destruction over here. So because of this Walter and Olivia with help from some cortexikids cross to the other universe... this occurs in the season finale and it's a great episode! The scenes between Olivia and Alt!Livia was amazing... so, Olivia reachs Peter and tells everything to him... this scene is beautiful... she says that Peter don't belongs over there and she could tell a hundred os reasons to Peter come back over here, but the most important was because HE BELONGS WITH HER *crying*
There's a fight when Walter, Olivia and Peter come back (with help from Bell who seems die here) and Alt!Livia goes over here and Olivia is captured by Walternate.

This season is awesome... many important things happens beyond what I've already said, there's the episode where Olivia goes to Jacksonville, and remembers about the tests... I think everybody feels angry to Walter in this episode, he and Bell was two sons of a bitch in that age! Here Olivia sees Peter glowing and because of this she discovers him is from over there.
The episode Bishop Revival where we can see somethings about the family Bishop (or Bischoff).
The episode Peter where Walter tells to Olivia the whole story about Peter.
The White Tulip, oh God!, so beautiful... the sign of forgiveness... and so amazing with time travels!
When Peter discovers that he is A Man From The Other Side and the season finale.
I have to say again: This season is awesome!
